How do I enroll in online and mobile banking?
If you already have an account with us, you can enroll online in a few minutes using your account number and a valid email address, or stop by the lobby and we'll walk you through it. How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
Call us right away at (512) 859-2202 during business hours so we can freeze the card and issue a replacement. If it's after hours, you can also freeze your card instantly from the GNB Mobile app. Please do not send card numbers through this website.
What do I need to bring to open an account?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license), your Social Security number or ITIN, and an opening deposit.
